Pope Dave's Medical Bills & Trip

Welcome to the GoFundMe page for Pope Dave. He is a partnered streamer for Twitch Tv, and has been live streaming for nearly 3 years now as a full time job. He is a content creator for the mobile game Pokémon Go, which requires him to be able to walk and travel in order to play the game/live stream. On Monday, May 28th, he unfortunately suffered a bilateral calcaneous fracture(both heel bones broken). This injury has taken him off his feet and put him into a wheel chair, unable to walk or even get out of the house without help. After visiting a couple different doctors, it was discovered that he would need surgery on his right heel to repair it properly.

The medical bills have all come in(as of 6/20), and the pricing is as follows:

X-rays - $433.28, CAT Scan - $590, Wheel Chair Rental - $65, Doctors Visit - $153, Medical Supplies - $46.59, Pain Meds - $22.07, Pre-OP Blood Test - $77, Surgical Center Fee - $4,000, Anesthesiologist Fee - $660, Surgeon's Fee - $7,500, First Hospital/ER Visit - $706, 2nd Hospital/ER Visit - $579, and finally, once Dave needs physical therapy in August, there will be another bill (price unknown at this time, so an estimate of $500 has been added to the goal). 

If there is enough support that the goal is exceeded, the extra funds will go towards Dave's trip to Pokémon Go Fest Chicago in the middle on July. He will need an electric wheel chair rental to get around the city, and car rides from special handicapped vehicles. Dave initially had a few trips planned this summer, including a Europe trip, but had to cancel them due to his financial and medical issues. Any and all help is beyond appreciated! He is an extremely positive person, and it's very unfortunate that this injury happened to him.
