25 year veteran Fresno Police Officer, Phia Vang, recently passed away after being hit by a wrongway driver. He leaves behind a wife and four young children ranging from their early teens to early 20s.
Phia Vang was a dedicated police officer who served his community with respect and honor. He is well-loved by his family and co-workers. This unexpected tragedy has caused undue hardship for his family who Phia Vang was the sole provider for.
Phia Vang has worked hard his entire life to protect and serve the community.
