Surgery&Dental Extract for Vice

Baby Vice entered into my life out of the blue one day when I found his poor almost lifeless little starving body under an old abandoned car on my 75 acres. Upon posting all over social media to find his home I sadly found that he had came from an abusive home and at just 6 months today he's beyond traumatized. I can't imagine a monster who would abuse, starve and completely disregard an animal let alone just a baby puppy. As you can see I fell hard for this little boy and everyday since his rescue I strive to give him better days than the ones he lived before. Today we are week 3 of learning to be loved and trust the human hand. He is not completely healed and may never be but he's my little boy and some times I'll be lucky enough to see a little burst of playfulness or a spark in his eye when he sees me in the morning or a little nudge from his nose that says he's ready for a gentle pet on the head. Though it's not much it's progress and I want to keep trying for him. 
Since his rescue we've opened up a whole list of threatening health issues he is facing. He is in immediate need for an extensive type neuter to remove his boy parts from inside of his body. This is no longer just a normal neuter since his boy parts never dropped they are stuck up inside of him and at his 6months mark should have already been removed. It is a life threatening and complicating issue for him now going forward. I've called around for days trying to find help since most vets are asking $600. Thankfully the humane society is averaging $80 for the neuter and $50+ for the special removal of his boy parts inside of his belly.
He also immediately needed complete vaccination and extra treatment for worms because he had never been treated as a small puppy and 6months later he's completely infested. This total is $200 and luckily the vet is working with me so far on payments.
Lastly, this morning he came to me with a swollen eye and drooling. Upon veterinary examination we found that his back Carnassial teeth require immediate removal as they are completely rot and are now infecting the under parts of his eye causing swelling and in time without the removal it will begin to make a hole in his face. This dental extraction is highly expensive due to its complicating procedure and requires that he goes under anesthetia (which is the most expensive part) This procedure is averaging $450 but could end up more due to more teeth needing to be removed, medications and other possible complications. My goal is $720 and though this doesn't completely cover his expenses or the fees taken by gofundme ANY little bit helps me get Vice one step closer to a better future. Please Please Please help me reach my goal.
It's not everyday you come across such a sad situation with a puppy like Vice. Everyday I pet his skinny little body knowing he endured hunger pains and abuse. I want to help him continue to get healthy and begin feeling like a loved puppy. Thank you everyone and bless you for your help. Vice can't thank you enough
