Please help we've been Grinched!!!

We recently let a family friend, his wife and his one year old daughter stay at our house for the holidays when we found out they were sleeping in a homeless shelter. This week we  discovered that they stole and maxed out our debt/credit cards. We don't have much, and what little we did have is gone. We are now being investigated and looking at loosing our home and so much more. This isn't a ruse or a ploy it's a last resort, you don't have to help but all this is is that our family has lost ways to fix this.
