Please help. Someone shot my cat

Please help fund vet bills for my cat Hillary. She has been shot with they believe a 25 cal. She has severe nerve damage and may need to amputate her arm. Please help her. I dont want who ever did this to suceed. At the vet now I will put more info. All I know is removing the bullet is going to require a specialist. Please pray for aswell.
