Please help save fudge

I’ve never asked for help before but our little fur baby fudge is seriously ill he has stopped eating and drinking and is unable to support himself, he’s only 5 years old he is currently admitted to the vet hospital on a drip and iv antibiotics and needs a CT on Monday,
Fudge is much more than a dog he’s my daughters best friend, he has the biggest heart of gold you can imagine he always protects us and is the best friend we could wish for.
His illness was totally out of the blue, things have been a struggle lately money wise but I cannot give up on our buddy just through lack of money he deserves to be given a chance.
