Help save Rosie's Ranger

Ranger was recently diagnosed with 8 tumors. He is a lively, happy and loving dog that belonged to my grandma's late husband, Arthur.  However, Rosie simply can't afford to pay for the surgery on her income. Anything you could spare would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! God bless
