House fire - Help Robert Boucher

On Thursday February 1 2018, a fire occurred at my dads house in Seaside, Oregon.  The home has been in the family since the early 1900's. The fire department was able to put the fire out without too much damage,  so we thought. But later that night around 12 am the fire rekindled and my dads house burned to the ground taking everything from all the pictures and heirlooms to his clothes.  Also causing damage to the neighboring homes.  Luckily nobody was in the house or was hurt.  Unfortunately he is disabled vet and lives on a low fixed income and did not have any insurance.  The cost for repairs will be more than he or my family can come up with.  The clean up cost is going to be around $30,000 alone. Then he needs a new home.  I am willing to give as much time as I can to help him clean up and rebuild but we need help too. The clean up will have to involve bagging most of the debris and taking it as far as 80 miles away because there is no closer place to dispose of the debris. Plus having it tested for asbestos. So any help given, time, money, or materials would be a blessing!
