Please Help out My Father

Hey Friends, 




I've set up This GoFundMe Page to help out my father. As many of you know, he's a Brooklyn-based musician/artist for going on 30+ years. The last number of years have been really hard on him starting with Hurricane Sandy flooding his workshop causing irreparable damage and the insurance companies doing nothing. Since then, he’s been trying to recover and if you know my father, you know he’s a humble, hardworking guy; never looking for a handout. 

For my entire life, my father has had what we always referred to as “the shop”. The shop is where I first learned to weld. It’s where I was encouraged to be creative and where I was taught to build instruments and restore cars. 

Today he’s being Illegally evicted from his current workspace and has limited time to find a new one. He's been looking around, but with the current gentrification of Brooklyn, rents are ridiculously high and the fees to move in once you find something are astronomical. I worry about him! That’s why I’m starting this GoFundMe page. Please, if you can, help my old man move into a new workspace so he can continue creating.
