PLEASE HELP ME SAVE HARLEY

My neighbor shot our dog with a 12 gauge shot gun he was on my property the dog had his back turned to him and he shot him because he doesn't like the breed he is this dog has never nor would he ever hurt a fly I have taken him to a emergency clinic but couldn't afford everything I could only get him pain medication and antibiotics he needs surgery to get the lead out that was left from the gunshot according to the vet its gonna cost around 1000 for everything I don't have that kind of money Im not trying to scam or con anyone out of money for myself I have proof he was taken to the hospital and I can provide all info needed so you can confirm all I'm asking is for a little help to save my dog he doesn't deserve to die!!! He did absolutely nothing wrong I just can't afford to help him all on my own. So I'm begging you please any little bit will help get him the help he needs please please help me save him
