On March 18th, Shawn Gourley was life flighted to OHSU after being diagnosed at Lebanon Hospital of a stroke. Shawn has remained in ICU at OHSU and is continuing further testing at this time to find what is causing the bleeding within his brain that caused the stroke. At this time, they are unable to find the source and will be continuing to do more testing when they are able to.
Shawn and Karen have always been active members of the community and have always gone far and beyond for everyone around them. I am asking for help from the community, to please give back to this family.
Shawn and Karen have a long road ahead of them and could use all the help they could get. This will be for the medical treatment he is undergoing and will continue undergoing, along with other expences they will have incurred.
