#Pizza4Protesters: Support the kids

Donation protected

On March 14th kids all over the country took 17 minutes to honor the lives lost in Parkland, FL and protest all gun violence. They walked out of their schools to tell this country that enough is enough.

And just like that young people proved that they are not apathetic and not to be dismissed. They care and they show up. So when some schools punished them with detentions I decided we have to let kids know there are people who hear their voices and have their backs. If they have to sit through detentions the least we can do is feed them.

As a mom I believe that what my generation broke, this generation will fix. @EighteenX18  - an initiative dedicated to lifting up the voices of young people - is helping me send pizza to every detention in every school that penalized students just for wanting a safer future.

Help us send #Pizza4Protesters so we can send a strong message that we support our young people. Check out @EighteenX18  for ways that young people can get involved.
