 DELAWARE, OH
I am asking for your help for dear friends of mine, The Sneesby family. Their daughter Phelicity was born with a congenital heart defect 13 years ago. Her defect was so complex, it brought them all the way from Australia to Columbus, Ohio where they sought treatment from a specialist. Her condition worsened and they returned to Ohio. Her mother, Veronica, has been off work for several months while Phelicity has remained in the cardiac intensive care unit. Her father, Ben, was forced to return home to Australia to continue to work so he can help provide for his family the best he can. Although our hopes were to get her well enough to return home and be with her family, unfortunately Phelicity is not able to travel commercially and a medical flight will cost about 150k. This family has exhausted all of their financial resources.
My hope for this campaign is to raise enough funds to get this sweet girl home to her family, and at a minimum raise enough so Ben can take off work again and return to Ohio with Phelicity's three sisters.  So that however many days she has left, can be spent with her immediate family. These are some of the best people I've had the privilege of knowing and loving over the years. I am asking you to please help them in whatever way you can.

Our family had to say goodbye to our precious daughter. She died faithful and surrounded by family. Today I have a greater appreciation for Ec 7:1, because on the day of her death she certainly had a good name. I'm at a loss to explain our pain and how sad we are. We will mourn for her until we see her again. When she is resurrected she will have so many to teach about Jehovah and then she will marry and have her babies that she longed to have. Thank you to each and every one of you who helped get her home so she could be with her family during this time.

Phelicity is safely back in Australia. Her family will never have the words to describe how thankful they are to all be together during this difficult time. We love you all very much and Thank you for helping us give our girl her wish!

Hello Friends, Phelicity is continuing to gain strength from her set back last week. It came to our notice a few days ago that several announcements were made on social media that Phelicity had passed away. These reports are incorrect and caused sadness to friends and family. It is great reminder to use good judgement when reading unsubstantiated reports on social media. Phelicitys family are very thankful for your continued support and encouraging messages that are helping them in a difficult time .

Phelicity is very much STILL ALIVE. Arrangements are still taking place to get her home hopefully very soon. Please know if and when she does pass, her parents would make the announcement in the appropriate way. Thank you all for your continued love and support!

Dear Sneesby Family, I have never met you, but a dear friend told me about you and the moment I heard and saw I felt like I knew you. You are my brothers and sisters and my heart aches for you. You are in my prayers and thoughts. May Jehovah the God of all comfort wrap you in his loving arms and help you through this extremely difficult time. Very soon Isaiah 33:24 will be fulfilled: "No resident will say: "I am sick." Phelicity's example is one of courage, love, and determination. Her beautiful smile and love for Jehovah is amazing! So much Christian Love to all of you even though I've never met you.

My dear sister and brother we just watched this months broadcast only to sit down and find this on the news page. Her faithful example made me cry. The reason is because we have our own daughter with a chd. She will be coming to Columbus, Ohio in the next little while to have open heart surgery. Your daughters example was just what mine needed to see. It gave us something else to think about. Thank you and your daughter for your beautiful example of faithfulness to Jehovah. Much love your spiritual family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

It is very special that all of our brothers can be encouraged and strengthened by your story now also, as we have because of the Kimsey's introducing us to your story. My husband is quite the tenderheart, and has shed tears thinking of your struggles over the last few days of fundraising, and together we shed more in seeing you on jw tv! Much love and prayers...we look forward to serving forever with you in paradise.

Last month before Christmas, my coworker Amy and I dropped off some Christmas wreaths at the Ronald McDonald House in Columbus. Phelicity and her mom were on their way to CVS and I happened to see her leaving, and I started chatting. I asked if she knew about the television show "Felicity" and of course, she said, "That's what I'm named after!" It brightened my day knowing someone enjoyed the show as much as I did. I asked Phelicity if she would take a selfie with me, and her eyes lit up. She was friendly, conversational and so polite- talking as if she wasn't ill at all. For the next month, I told my colleagues, friends and family about how much Nationwide Children's Hospital impacts children from all around the world and how much of a joy it was to meet Phelicity and her mom by chance in the waiting room. I didn't know if I would ever see her again. I didn't know what her condition was nor did I want to ask. However, I knew we hadn't just met for a reason. Even though we only chatted for a bit, I am convinced it was for the best. Phelicity - I hope you get home comfortably and safe and know that your time spent here in Central Ohio was not wasted at all. Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. - Hebrews 11:1

Dear Phelicity, Ben & Veronica... We love you all so much! Although we haven't met you personally yet, our hearts abound with compassion and love for you. We can not find a way to express in words what we feel when we hear about your situation. We can only assure you that your pain is in our hears as well. My wife and I have decided to build a ship together with some of our brothers and sisters in Jehovah's new world. One dear brother, Andres, who very much looked forward to this project was buried yesterday. He died from cancer at age 56. Just a few days before he fell asleep he joked with us, saying that he wanted to be the foghorn on the ship. On this ship we will travel around the earth and visit our lovely worldwide family. From Sweden, Finland, Germany and Great Brittain, we will travel all the way down to Africa, Asia, Russia and America. And for you Phelicity, Ben & Veronica will make an extra detour to Australia. And maybe as we come to visit you, you'd like to come along with us and continue our journey throughout the earth? We will prepare one suite for you all on our ship, should you like to come along. We can see that you're tired now dear Phelicity, and we know that it is hard to run out of energy. Util the new system is here we wish for you, mummy and dady to be blessed by Jehoavah with an aboundance of peace and joy, yes as much as you can possibly bear! Ps.4:8; 5:11; 19:8; 29:11 Remember that all the contributions that both winesses and other lovely people have given you are an expression of deep love for you personally, both from each person and from Jehovah, Jesus and all the angels watching over you. We yearn for the time when we can meet you all and hug you and kiss you. Until then may you always remember how much we all love you and how precious you are to all of us! ;1 Pe.1:22; 5:7 We also would like to express to all you wonderful people that are not yet part of our worldwide brotherhood: We know that Jehovah appreciates your kindness very much, and we pray that he will bless you all richley for the true love and fine spirit that you have shown to our precoius little sister and her family. We hope that you too will all be with us when this planet is restored into a paradise, and share eternity with us! Ps.37:11, 29 With all the warmth, love and care that our hearts possess. / Daniel & Judith Vållberg, Sweden
