Dave King Singlehanded TransPac

Dave has signed up to do the singlehanded TransPac again this year. The start is July 2nd in San Fransisco. 

He is in the process of outfitting for the race, and as you all know upgrades get very expensive. The big items include a new Mainsail (The old one was new for the 1988 TransPac, when he won!), a new staysail, partial new standing rigging, and bottom work.

Dave has sailed Westsails all his life. He is a great advocate for the boats, and has shown through his racing career that the Westsails are much faster than rumors try to portray.

Lets help Dave with the outfitting for this race, and keep him from putting himself in debt in the process!

As an added incentive, Dave will also give away a signed poster of Saraband from the 1988 race, to the 20 people with the largest donations!
