Peace for Jackie

We are raising money for our loving mother, Jacqueline Sims, who passed away on this past Sunday, February 11, 2018. She was a loving mother to four children and an amazing grandmother to six beautiful children. Two years ago she received new that she was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer. That did not stop her from fighting her hardest, giving her all, and still loving life. She was the strongest woman I've ever known. She's touched the hearts of so many lives in her journey here with us. She was truly an amazing person. She was so full of life. She loved spending time with her family and being out in nature, just enjoying life. Her favorite thing though was the water. I remember so many times we would go to the water, even though it was cold outside. Us, as kids, would run, play, and feed the birds. But, it was like the water just brought her peace. Early last year she was told the cancer was gone. She was feeling better and really progressing. Then, late of last year, 2017, she was told it was back. Stage 4 Ovarian cancer. It was now growing in her boned and lungs. This has hit us all pretty hard. This last month has been the hardest watching her decline. But I know our Father has called her home. She's no longer feeling any pain or suffering. She will forever be missed, loved, and never forgotten.
