Helping my father get 2nd opinion

My father was admitted to ICU on 3/16/2015 for unresponsiveness.  We found out that his liver had failed and he had high levels of ammonia in his body.  They drained four liters of fluid from his stomach and and had another inspection.  He has enlarged blood vessels in his esophagus and stomach.  There needs to be something done about the blood vessels before they rupture, otherwise it would not be very promising for my father.  

I am currently attempting to raise money to move my father from the hospital he's currently in to another location in which he would have better care overall.  Any bit that you would donate will help tremendously as I look to get him to a more comfortable state.
