Urgent help for pardis shelter

Tax deductible
We only have a 2-month deadline to empty the current location of the shelter and move more than 1000 animals to the new location. This is an urgent cause, for winter is fast approaching and most of these animals will not survive without shelter. Without a new building, many of the animals will be forced back onto the street and will be left to fend for themselves. Hopeless and alone, these animals will face death on a daily basis. However, with the help of your donation, we will continue showing animals, who have never known love, that they do not need to be afraid anymore, that there is still good in this world, and that they are worth every amount of effort and protection.

Every day, animals are left out in the street to fend for themselves; they are unable to ask for food, water, or even love. Abandoned and alone, these animals are facing a losing battle simply for being born. Some stray animals are reportedly buried alive, some starve to death at animal disposal units, and others are even strangled with barb wire. That all changed in 2010 when Jila Pourirani founded Pardis Animal Shelter, and they opened their doors and their hearts to thousands of dogs .After battling for years, Jila Pourirani convinced the city council in Tabriz, Iran to ban the killing of stray animals, as long as Pardis Animal Shelter could do everything in their power to shelter the lonely animals.

Pardis Animal Shelter is a nonprofit organization in Iran dedicated to rescuing abandoned, homeless, abused, and neglected dogs and cats. The organization strives to provide food, shelter, medical care, and a safe environment for the animals. Mistreated and frightened animals are reassured; they receive treatments for ailments and they are shown that there is a loving and safe place for them in an otherwise cruel world. They all get spayed and a lucky few are adopted, while the rest remain at the shelter.

As hard as Mrs Pourirani and the shelter have worked, it has not been an easy battle. Every day, they face backlash, for people claim that heir cause is not worth it and an animal is not worth their effort. Today, Pardis Animal Shelter is facing a new problem that could end all the achievements they have worked so hard for. Due to complaints from neighbors, the shelter is being forced to leave the current location with staff and thousands of dogs they have rescued. From the generosity of private donation, Pardis Animal Shelter now has a piece of bare land; however, we are in need of your generosity to begin building a place for all 1500 and counting stray animals to call home. A place where food and water does not need to be fought for and where they no longer have to freeze through the winter in the streets. This building will allow all the wonderful people who have worked so hard to ban the killing of lost animals to keep offering a safe place to those who do not have a voice.

Please help ease the burden of this move for not only the staff, but for the animals that deserve a home. Any amount can make a difference and can help the shelter relocation process become completed before brutal winter approaches and it will allow us to house significantly more animals to accommodate the increasing number of stray and unwanted animals

Each and every one of you can help these innocent animals, so please do not look away.Your contribution is immeasurable and will keep these innocent animals away from death’s

Please consider sharing this with your circle of friends and acquaintances and together we can make this dream a reality.
