Medical Costs for Chuck Battaglia

It saddens us to announce that Charles Battaglia, husband to Katherine and father of Carly, Caitlin and Mark has been recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Liver Cancer on New Years Eve. Due to limited insurance coverage, copays, prescriptions and other unpaid medical costs we are asking for anyone’s help to donate funds for our father’s current and upcoming medical expenses. He is currently receiving care at CCS Oncology and will continue to undergo further treatments in the upcoming weeks.. We want to seek all possible options to help alleviate any financial burden he and his wife may encounter, while undergoing treatment. Although there is not a cure for Liver cancer, there are several treatment options available. Therefore we want to give our father the opportunity and ability to explore any treatments he can and not miss out on any due to the concern of financial costs. We want our father around as long as possible and these treatments could may offer that possibility. We would like to say THANK YOU ahead of time to anyone who has said any prayers, thoughtful messages, donated and/or shared this post to help us raise funds for our dad. Chuck Battaglia has been an amazing father, husband, neighbor and friend to all who have known him. He has done countless things for everyone around him within the South Buffalo community and more. Please help spread the word and help us get the funding he needs to undergo treatment. His last worry shouldn’t be about money, it should be on his cancer battle. Let's give Chuck a chance at kicking liver cancer's ass. Thank you to all.
