Help Patrick With Medical Expenses

Patrick is my uncle, and a father of 2 young children. 

Last may Patrick fell ill with septic pnemonia. His body shut down including his organs. He has since had his arms up to his elbows and his legs up to his knees amputated. 

Patrick was just released from the hopsibal 2 weeks ago and is now living at home, and still undergoing many medical treatments. 

Any money donated to this will go to help Patrick and his family with any expenses that they have. Any amount of money will be apprecaited. 

There will also be a 9 pin bowling tournament to benefit Patrick at Highland Park Bowl in Moline Illinois on Saturday, December 5th. Sign up starts at 12:00 bowling Starts at 1:00. There will be several prizes to win please come out and support this!
