Hi guys!  I've started this Go Fund Me strictly for the medical needs for Patrick Mwalua, the Waterman of Tsavo West.

As you are all aware Patrick has been delivering water to the drought stricken elephants and wildlife in Kenya and now he needs our help.  He is currently on dialysis for kidney failure and desperately needs a kidney transplant.
His brother has already agreed to donate one of his kidneys to Patrick, so what we need are funds for the hospital, surgery, travel expenses and recovery expenses.

We are analyzing all our options now, but I've started this campaign to begin the process.
