Help me live!

I need some help! I currently owe my doctor $500 for a previous bill, and I don't have the money to pay him for it. I was born with out a thyroid, so if I stop taking this pill, my health will decline until I pass away. I have no refills left for the Levothyroxin, and I legitmately NEED this to live.
