Panda's Parvo Treatment

I've never done anything like this before but it was highly recommended and as they say, desperate times - call for desperate measures.
My dog, Panda, fell ill this weekend. From one day to the next, she went from her happy playful energetic self - to a totally different pup. Tired. Weak. Lethargic. Basically imobile. It started off with her vomitting. Then the soft stool began. It just did not stop. She did not eat or drink any water on Sunday (3/26/17). Called numerous vets in my area and they were all booked. Took her first thing this (Monday - 3/27/17) morning and was told she tested postive for Parvovirus.
This is a very serious fatal infection. To provide a little intel: Canine parvovirus is a highly contagious viral disease that can produce a life-threatening illness. The virus attacks rapidly dividing cells in a dog’s body, most severely affecting the intestinal tract. Parvovirus also attacks the white blood cells, and when young animals are infected, the virus can damage the heart muscle and cause lifelong cardiac problems.
Panda's white blood cell count is already at an all-time low. The vet has already had to give her an injection to stop the vomitting and help her feel better. The vet has stated that she will require IV fluids and antibiotics and that this treatment requires overnight hospital stay for a mimimum of a week. As you can imagine, the tests, insurance and hospital stay is going to be quite costly. I've tried to make a payment plan and even offered to leave them my banking info (as a sign of good faith) for them to just draft payments - but they insist that the full payment has to be made prior to treatment.
This was all very unexpected and I can't bear to lose yet another furbaby. I had a doggie in Altanta that ran off - so it would mean the WORLD to me if I can get Panda the treatment she needs and deserves. She's such a good girl and I'm not ready to let her go. I would appreciate ANY help you can provide.
