Help End School Bullying For My Son

My Name is Renee Graham. Currently my son who is 13 years old is a 8th grade student at Williams middle school in Florence SC.  In the last 2 years as a student there he has been BULLIED 3 times. Back in May of last year(2015) he had a baseball student throw a huge rock and hit him right in his head, 3 weeks later (April 2015) he had a young girl trip him during gym class ON PURPOSE FOR NO REASON (that was exactly her excuse)causing my son to break his arm and be in a cast for 6 weeks. Now this past week, Jan 20th, 2016, he has a student jump on top of him during class change and proceed to assault him in his head causing him to go to the ER for head scans which resulted in multiple lumps on his head and a massive headache. The reason I am raising money is because my son currently lives with his father and I have asked his father MULTIPLE times to switch my son's schools out of saftey issues for my son, to which he has refused for 2 years now. I have even offered to my son's father to let my son come live with me during the school year so my son will be in a better school and then during the summer he can go live with his father, but once again his father also refused that offer. So now I am left with no choice to take him to court and presue custody of my son. My son's saftey comes FIRST AND FOREMOST. My son is VERY SMALL for his age. He is almost 14 years old and only 4'11 and 83 pounds. Many of the kids tower over him. I went and spoke to an attorney the day after my son got assaulted this last time and the retainer for this attorney is $2500. I am able to make that in payment, so any and every dollor raised on this site does directly to that retainer.
