On Tuesday night 1/10/17 Matt was on his way home from picking his daughter up from school and totaled his Tahoe.... his daughter Carleigh is physically ok, she had some bumps and bruises but will be fine. Matt on the other hand has a long way to go. He has a shattered femur and will be going in for surgery on 1/11/17 to have a steel rod put into his leg. He had just got off duty at burnet police department when this happens. Ginnie is a police officer as well and she works for the city of Granite shoals. There other personal vehicle is going into the shop to be fixed but as of right now they don't have a vehicle. This money is to be helped with whatever they need but will need help with medical bills and everyday stuff... this are my best friends and I could have never imagined something like this happening to them, and I've never met someone who's more deserving to receive the help. So please help any way you can. No donation is to small!

Matt has been medically cleared out of ICU. They are waiting on a room right now. The doctor stated that he was ready for rehab but before he could transfer that we had to wait for insurance to approve. It can take up to 48 hours for insurance to approve the request. They have placed a rush to try and get it approved before 5pm so we can get him moved today. If not he will be going first thing on Monday. All of his labs are great and PT went well this morning. I will let you know when I have an update.
What a great man continuing to fight!
