Furry Farm Friends and the Family

Howdy Partners!
We are a multi-generation farming family from West Central Minnesota, USA. Our grandparents settled on this farm in 1947. Our four children are the fourth generation to enjoy growing up on this farm. We have always been grain and livestock farmers until 1996. At that time, we decided to focus on grain farming and we sold the livestock. Our children have since joined 4-H and they have taken an interest in livestock and showing them at the county fair. Pippa, the black and white cow in the video, was one of their prize-winning entries last summer. She will be a mother next year and she will live her life out on our farm. Daisy, our Labrador retriever, has been a part of our family for 5 years. Since introducing the livestock back on the farm, Daisy and Pippa have created a special friendship. The attached video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ePNTSZ8vXY ) of them was recorded on January 1, 2019. It was extremely cold, -35 degrees windchill to be exact, in Minnesota that morning. Daisy went into the fenced area and sat by Pippa while we were doing chores. Pippa thought Daisy should be warmed up with a nice, warm bath.
Due to our barns being built in the 1930's, they are in need of updating. Even though our animals are very well taken care of and have appropriate shelter, we would like to update the barns with some modern conveniences and supplies. If all works out, we will add more animals to our farm in the near future. Thank you for watching our video. Also, thank you so very much in advance for your support.
