Help Grace's Daddy Keep Living

Hello my name is Adriel if you could take a few minutes out of your day to read my story and why i need this help i would appreciate it very much. I got sick at the age of 14 with a rare sickness called "Steven Johnson Syndrome " i was in a comma for tree weeks and a month in a half in the hospital for recovery at that time my lungs only worked a 35% now my lungs only work a 17% or less i keep getting sick every two weeks doctors said that they can't do anything else besides a lung transplant because I'm only getting worse what I'm asking for is a large amount of money i know that i need $6,000 dollars every month for my medications for life but i really want to keep on living with my daughter and soon too be wife if you can't help me with money please help me by spreading this for me and my family....
