Hello, internet. My name is Erin K Wilson and I'm an illustrator. Ever since I made this illustration for Carolyn Finney's article for Outside Magazine I've recieved an outpouring of requests for a printed version of the poster. I've been contacted by elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, colleges, community spaces, youth outreach programs, and indivuals who want to carry these stories on their walls. SO! It became clear that I need to answer the call and get this thing printed! I have been unable to find a person or organization willing or able to fund the printing of these posters.
WHO ARE THEY?- In case you were wondering, heare are links so that you can learn more about the folks who are in the poster!
AUDREY PETERMAN- Legacy on the Land
TERESA BAKER- African American Explorations
RUE MAPP- Outdoor Afro
QUEEN QUET- Head of State for the Gullah/GeeChee Nation
JOHN FRANCIS- Planetwalker
BETTY REID SOSKIN- Oldest Full time park ranger
LANCELOT JONES- Biscayne National Park
JASON BROWN- First Fruits Farm
SHELTON JOHNSON- Buffalo Soldier

Where is the money going?
- The printing of 1000 posters -$1,000
- The shipping - $600
- The shipping materials -$200
- The copies of the "Who's Who" companion mini-zine
$50 (so far)
TOTAL MATERIAL COST= 1,850
plus....
- The cost of my time. It would be great to be able to cover the amount of time I've spent on this project. As of now, I have not done that. But any extra donations made currently will do that. I've spent months working on this project, which was of course full of love! But I also do believe that artists will die if they don't eat food and pay their rent. So being compensated a bit for my time on this project would sure be swell. If I reach the total goal of this GoFundMe, that would be a great way of making enough to compensate my work.
***The Mastermind plot is that this gofundme has paid for the existence of the poster. Which is awesome!!!!. That means that the organizations and indivuals in the poster get FREE POSTERS!! Then they can use this poster to fundraise for their efforts and organizations!***
