Pay or Vacate Notice - Help!

My best friend/roommate and I are very behind in our rent.  He is out of work and looking and I am not making enough to support both of us.  We are unable to pay our rent for April at this point and our managment company is not willing to work with us.  It is pay by the 15th or vacate the premise.

We have hit a very tough spot and know we will get past it.  Just could use a little help right now.
