Radio broadcast for my recent DC. trip

My name is Brett Myrick, fifth generation native of New Mexico, former Navy SEAL, and Water Protector.

Raising money allows me to travel and speak to legislators on county, state, and federal levels. I have visited Washington DC. three times speaking to Senators and Representatives on the Hill. In New Mexico I have spent countless hours educating Legislators and groups speaking on public lands issues. In addition to public speaking, I have authored numerous op-eds and articles printed in major news papers nationally including "The Hill" and "Albuquerque Journal". As a veteran my voice has been effective speaking to our Lawmakers for the Lands and Animals that are not able to engage in political dialogue. I am grateful for having the ability to volunteer my time protecting these magnificent places. My deepest gratitude to all of you that have helped me financially, and to any future donors. Together we can protect our wild public lands, rivers, monuments, and parks for generations to come. Thank You.

Good day to all, I have excellent news, our public lands package sailed smooth through the Senate and the House in D.C. 116th congress. This bill included 1.9 million acres of new Wilderness, over a million acres of other conservation lands, and 600 miles of National Wild and Scenic River designation nationally. Thank you all for your support, Sincerely......Brett

Happy Holidays to all, I just returned from 3 days in DC. urging Congress to pass nine bills for Wilderness, Public lands, and Wild & Scenic Rivers nationally. We had success with Senators/ Reps. in the house signing on and supporting these bills to be signed into law.

A big thank you to all, we had a stringent schedule in D.C. meeting with 24 Senators and Congressional delegates. I feel we made a positive impact on all of our legislators and they will pass a clean National Defense Authorization Act without environmentally damaging riders attached that would adversely effect our public lands.

This NDAA op-ed's topic is what we're speaking to senators and congressional delegates about, in D.C. to stop this environmentally damaging rider from being admitted to the National Defense Authorization Act.
