Organ Media and the AGO Convention

The Organ Media Foundation is committed to keeping quality recordings of classical organ music playing on the Internet for all who want to hear. In 2016, the largest gathering of organists and fans of organ music will be assembling in Houston, Texas for the National Convention of the American Guild of Organists. We would like for the Organ Media Foundation to have a presence at this convention in advertising distributed to the attendees.
Previously this form of advertising was not included in our annual budgets. As such, we have set up this separate fundraising channel to determine if interest in outreach to this convention is high enough among our supporters for us to pursue it.
The greatest challenge we face each day at the Organ Media Foundation is getting the word out about our services and content. We provide access to everything we create, our streaming stations Organlive, Positively Baroque, and the Organ Experience, our podcast At The Organ, and our You Tube channel absolutely free. The only way we're able to do this is through the financial support of those who enjoy what we do, and the only way we can grow that base is by reaching out to those who haven't found us yet.
We often receive word from listeners that have just found our station that we need to reach out more to the American Guild of Organists. We try to take advantage of the free publicity opportunities provided within that organization, but we believe it is possible that a sponsorship and visibility at a major event like the National Convention of the AGO will help propel us into new and more exciting projects. If you believe this is true, then please help us with this micro-project to be visible at the AGO Convention.
