St John Rescue needs Jaws of Life

St. John Rescue is an all-volunteer non-profit organization on the small island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. St. John Rescue is dedicated to providing emergency rescue and medical support services to St. John's EMS, Police, Fire, National Park and Health Clinic personnel.
The heroic recovery of a truck driver who was stuck in the wreckage of his truck in Feburary unfortuately destroyed St. John Rescue's Jaws of Life. We are starting an emergency campaign with a goal of $50,000. The first $25,000 will pay for one Jaws of Life. But safety means we need redundancy - at least two of everything.
Although prices for the Jaws of Life can vary, St. John Rescue is seeking a new Holmatro brand for a couple of reasons. This is the brand used by Coral Bay Fire so we want to have the ability to have the tools interchangeable. Second, this brand is familiar to our volunteers. Sometimes buying used is ok, but when it comes to saving lives St. John rescue needs a brand that is reliable!
St. John Rescue is there for everyone. Tourists, school children, businesses, villa owners....it's your turn now! Please give generously! Thank You!!
