Options for Otis

This is Otis, the sweetest 2-year-old smush face. We adopted him just 3 months ago and were thrilled to add him to our family. Today we found out he has an unknown heart condition. The cardiologist informed us that sometimes his heart beats too fast (up to 365 beats per minute) or too slow (stopping for 10--12 seconds). No one knows what the cause is, but in order to keep him alive he needs a pacemaker, medication, additional blood testing, and heart checks every 8 months. The scariest part is that because his heart rate varies so much, we were told he could die at anytime. We're devastated that we can't afford the procedure and subsequent testing, so we're asking for your assistance. Please consider donating to help save our boy.
