Car Accident/Broken Neck

I was working at target and helping my family. I was recently in this car accident and have had a broken neck now for almost 4 months meanwhile my girlfriend has been paying my phone bill on top of her car payment and insurance and she is also going to school full time. My family is struggling very badly right now as well causing them to sell one of there cars just to have money to eat and pay rent. I feel so useless and I haven't been able to do anything for myself lately but sit at home with this stupid neck brace. I have had 3 different neck braces now but the one I currently have is a lot better than the other 2 but this happened all because a 17 year old drunk driver was going 65 mph on a 35 mph street also unlicensed might I add so please I am in need of dire help anything helps really
