Without my father's knowledge, I'm bringing my father's 1983 Yamaha Midnight Maxim 750 back to road-worthy status. He has no idea I will be doing this.

I'll be sneaking it out of pile of garbage it's hiding under in the garage and towing it to a local shop.

The engine hasn't turned over in roughly 15 years and it's been a permanent resident of not one, but two garages where it spends its spare time collecting dust and taking up space.

I plan to surprise him and film the result for my YouTube channel, "2 Wheels 1 Compass". I plan on him tearing up a bit. Maybe even Oprah-level tears.

I require $2,300  for the repairs and towing. Again, this is a repair, not a restoration as restorations are much more expensive.

The funds will be needed by February 1st, 2019.
