One Tiny Spot in the World

There are breeding cat colonies all across this land and around the world. None of these cats and kittens deserve to live like that. The males spend their lives fighting. The females spend their lives continuously pregnant or nursing. Litters of four, five, six are born only to have half or more die while still babies. But there are always at least a couple from each litter who survive.  And they continue the cycle.

I have discovered such a group. I know that by controlling this one group, it does not make a dent in the gigantic problem that exists everywhere. BUT – for every cat spayed or neutered, life improves for THAT cat. And if an entire colony can be spayed and neutered, the cycle of breeding, suffering, starving, fighting, and pregnancy is shut down in one small spot on this Earth. I hope you will help if you can.  And I hope you will share this everywhere. It takes a village. Please help me make a difference in this one spot in the world.

We have estimated approximately 30 cats on the property. We are trying to raise $3000 to get EVERY cat spayed or neutered. We hope to spay or neuter any kittens as they come of age, too. I will personally take the cats to be spayed or neutered.  And I will write about EACH one on my blog – daily dose of dogs (aka cats with your coffee) - so that you can see for yourself what your gift has accomplished.
