One BIGFOOT at a time

Hi everyone my name is Tony otherwise known as Bigfoot lol! My good friend Sam & I are looking to raise awareness and money for mental health. I have been struggling with mental health now for quite some time and have really found it hard dealing with depression and bad anxiety when I've never experienced anything like that before. I've always been a very confident Guy always up for a laugh having a joke and being around big groups of people however these days that's not the case. Sometimes it's just a struggle to get out of bed and dressed. It really hit home for me when I found myself at the top of a cliff feeling absolutely gutted because I didn't think the drop was high enough to kill me and then again I found myself on the top of a cliff looking down thinking about ending my life on another two occasions just feeling that I can't go on.However I got the help that I've desperately needed and I'm coping with things a lot better now and that's all down to these organisations support of friends and family that are all there to help. So it's time to give a bit back. We are going to walk from coast to coast the starting point being at Wembury making our way to Ivybridge then up across dartmoor & Exmoor all the way to Lynmouth cost. It's approximately 117 miles and we will be looking to complete this in 6 days 5 nights and using the lovely countryside to wild camp along the way this will be taking place on Friday the 27th of jan finishing on the 1st of February. I really would mean the world to me if people could find whatever possible to give all money raised goes to the charity "Mind" who's support people with mental health problems and do such a fantastic job. I'm doing this to try and show that no matter how much you can never be kept down so please help me reach my goal of giving something back. Thank you Regards Tony & Sam
