Hi everyone! My name is Anjelica Vossler and I am very thankful that you are taking the time to read my fundraiser and my plea for help. While everyone likes to pitch a sad story that can often depress you I am going to remain upbeat and happy. I am very confident that with the generous help from kind people like you I will be able to reach my goal... and my dreams.

Today I am fundraising for my future. I am delighted to say that I have been accepted and enrolled into the Nuclear Medicine Tech program in Dallas. I currently work as a CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant and it has brought me great joy to be able to help those in need, even as I am a person who is often in need.

I have had it very tough in life, I was born with Turner Syndrome and for those of you who do not know that is it effects only women and simply means that I was born with 45 chromosomes instead of 46 like everyone else. Because of Turner Syndrome my body does not produce the hormones needed to grow and to develop like a normal girls body would. In addition to TS I was born with a heart condition that is known as Bicuspid Aortic Valve which essentially means I was born with 2 heart flaps fused together rather than having 3 flaps. At the age of 22 I underwent my first open heart surgery where my aortic valve was replaced with a bovine valve. Again, 7 years later I had to undergo that same surgery to replace the failing valve again. To create the trifecta I also suffer from a specific form of hypothyroidism known as hashimotos disease.

While I have suffered and lived with some very difficult conditions in my life I remain very optimistic and happy. I come to you today to ask for your assistance with my schooling. The course that I will be engaged in will consume all of my time and not allow me to work. With helping me pay for school it allows me to stay out of debt, allows me to afford the extensive medications that I require each day to survive, and to complete my studies with a peace of mind.

Please, if you can make a small donation of any size it would be greatly appreciated. What may feel like $20 to you will feel like $1,000 to me. If you cannot make a donation please take the time to share my story with your friends and family within your social circles, perhaps someone you know is willing to help. Thank you.
