I'm James Gadson and I have been fortunate enough to travel several times a year to West Africa. In doing so I have been working with a few orphanages and small villages in need of some help. We need donations of $35,000 to help finish a much needed school in Otoase Nsawam, located in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
We need the donations to complete building construction, desks, books, a school bus and provide a small budget for full time staff. The facility, once complete, will have clean water, provided by a pure water system and off grid solar power. You can make the difference.
In 2014, James first came to visit Ghana to explore some heritage and culture. The people who had very little wanted to share everything they had. This was just one factor that made James want to help. So with the help of God and others, we began the mission to help complete this heart changing assignment. Six trips later, here we are.
Though we have the skill and man power to finish this project, our funds are running low. So we are using social media to see who can open there hearts and make a donation. Small or large we will show and tell you how much your donation has helped.
Please open your hearts to give and help us complete this much needed school. Our aim is to complete the building construction by December of 2016. Education is URGENT and no small thing. Please give today. Any amount will help.
In this rural area some communities children attend schools under the shade of trees. Clean water and reliable electricity are not an easy thing to come by for most families.
Our mission is to break the cycle of illiteracy, low expectations and poverty through real world education.
Through the youth we will transform their neighborhoods with hands on community service. Help us make bigger and better changes to the world by building schools in some of the economically poorest communities.
1. First we want to complete this self funded community development project with the help of donations. As we are less than half way complete with construction of the school building.
2. Collaboration with the beneficiaries, local and foreign volunteers have already begun staffing and teaching some of the children in the incomplete buildings.
Long term benefit:
Underprivileged communities would have education extended to children who would consequently be future leaders of the community and the peaceful nation of Ghana at large.

We currently sponsor a small orphange in Tema, Ghana and the impact is unexplainable. It means so much to these children to see that others think of them. We want to share that feeling with the children of Otoase as soon as possible. It has not been an easy task, but it certainly has been rewarding.
