No more "Blue Christmas"

The holiday season should be a time full of joy, cheer, gifts, parties, and family gatherings. However, for many people suffering with mental illness, the holidays are the times where the most support is needed. It is a time filled with stress, anxiety, depression, self-evaluation, loneliness, and substance use.

Regis House is a nonprofit organization established in 1981 that provides mental health and substance abuse services to under privileged families.  The Regis House motto is, “Here when you need us most.”  During the holiday season we want to be sure we are available to help those who need our support.
