No Felony! No Jail time

I am asking friends and family to Please help me meet my deadline of January 24th. I go to court in the 25th. I was charged with 3 counts of felony tax evasion and I am raising money to pay the Department of Revenue, and to prevent a felony on my record!
Here's the issue. Working at Boeing I changed my exemptions before bonus time to have less taxes taken out. Everyone was doing it, I honestly wasn't thinking that I was committing a crime. I understand now, I WAS WRONG. Since then, I was injured. I've had surgery on both hands and was never released to return to work. I went almost 3 years without working due to this injury, and I still have work restrictions that would prevent me from returning to Avaition. I have resulted in taken a position making less than a 1/3 of what I was making. I've been working overtime and trying to work side jobs, but I have been unsuccessful with coming up with all the money I need before my deadline. I had to save money for my lawyer and I had to refile 3 years of tax returns (that was almost $6000). I have been badly living.
Below, I have attached the 3 plee options that I was offered and the State Attorney says he's taking the deal off the table in January 31th. As u can see there is really only 1 reasonable offer. I don't want to serve time and I don't want to have a felony on my record. I know this is last minute. But I've really been trying to come up with it myself.
