Nissan Skyline R34 Replica Racecar

I am a mechanical Engineer by Hobby. I have always loved cars and Racing. As it so happens, I had built an Epic Racetruck, with a 454 Big Block Chevy power plant, into a Tiny 1994 Toyota Pickup. When one day, along comes someone who shouldn't've been out driving that particular night, and T-Boned my beautiful and fully custom truck.
Needless-to-say, I need a new racecar. And I have spent the last 8 months engineering every aspect of this new car, from the Body, down to the Suspension.
It will be an LS-Powered, hand-fabricated, 4WD, Nissan Skyline Replica. And unlike any other Racecars on the Road today, it will have All the Ammenities, from 4-seats, to working lights, to Windshield Wipers, to a Stereo.
It will be a Street-Legal in All 50-States racecar. That is, if I ever get the Money to do it. I already have the Drivetrain and Power Train aquired, but I need funding for the Chassis and Body. That is All.
As I am Now on Disability, I cannot work to pay for the Project. I only get $700/mo to live on. Seriously, $700 per month. Could You survive on that?
Anyway, If I could raise the money within the next 6 months, I can commission a Local Fab Shop to make the Chassis and Body. I can handle the rest of the Work, and get it on the road for some 2017 racing.
And since it would be the Only R34 Skyline-appearing vehicle in North America, to actually enter Motor Sports events, the car is Guaranteed to make Headlines.
Please help me out with my Project. I am not used to asking for help from people, but unfortunately, I have no choice n the matter.
