Nikki Stevens

To all Nikki's beautiful friends and supporters as you may be aware by now her journey has not had the outcome anyone had wished for, medically there is nothing more they can do as Nikki's lung is in chronic rejection. She does not know how long she has.

Pete has resigned from work to spend as much time with Nikki as possible, he is not only Nikki's 24 hour carer, he is her nurse. He is the main reason she is able to remain at home and not stuck in hospital.

The whole family needs to spend as much quality time as she has left without the worry of mounting bills

As you could imagine everyone's hearts are breaking into a million pieces.

They as a family have banded together and manage somehow since Nikki s diagnosis some years ago, however the last year and a half has proved tougher then they could have ever envisaged. We have had some many people express that they want to offer assistance to help but were not sure how, hence the reason to set this up.

As you can imagine the cost of medical expenses, fuel,  food, hospital parking and loss of income has been an incredibly difficult burden to bare.
