2012 SS CAMARO 911 Repairs

Update- valve is broken and piston is damaged so I will be having to replace the head and piston rocker arm which is going to end up costing me a couple thousand. I still need help right now my car is just sitting because i cannot afford to fix it. I have picked up a part time job on the weekends but still have a long way to go before I can get my car fixed. 
***I purchsed a 2012 SS Camaro in October 2017, the motor was "built" by the previous owner so I was unaware when he installed the large cam and headers he went the cheap route and did not upgrade the springs. So as my luck would have it a couple of weeks ago my car started making a horrible sound take it to the repair shop and I was informed that due to the previous owner failing to do the upgrade which was about an additional $150 purchase I now have a broken valve as a result of a valve spring breaking which is going to cost me around $1500.00 after everything is said and done. Needless to say this was an unexpected shock as I have only owned the car a few months. I am a single mother doing the best i can with what I have and absolutely hate ever having to ask for help. With that being said I have learned sometimes reaching out for help can't be avoided so that is what i am doing. I am asking for help with this.
