Hello TeamChace's

We need your help! We’re looking to spread a little love and hope by providing personalized book bags to patients (young and old) fighting with a CHD. With the money raised we’re looking to stuff the book bags with wristbands, toys, books, pens, dog tags, stickers, T-shirts, pillows, blankets, toothbrush etc with our motto #NIAFA which stands for (Never In A Fight Alone) #CHD and #HeartWarriors.

These goodie bags will be gifted to patients In the ICU and HKU floors by Chace, Myself and Volunteer on behalf of you all to our local Children’s Hospitals in the D.C. Maryland and Virginia area’s.  If you would like to leave your name in the comment section with a ‘get well’ message to be attached to a gift, we would be more than happy to make that happen for you so they’ll know where the Love and Support came from.
