Next Up Box - Helping our North

Our northern neighbours need us. 

The picture included is the price of strawberries in Nunavut. Helping Our Northern Neighbours is a charity which links families who need help the most with people in the southern parts of the country who are willing to help them out with food and essentials for everyday life. 

There are two ways to help: sponsorship and a next up box. Many of the larger families do not get sponsored very easily nor do they get as many next up boxes because it is intimidating to be sending up things for 7+ people due to cost.

I know many of my friends would be willing to assist me in my goal of sending a next up box to a larger family. These boxes include food and other essentials such as diapers or toilet paper. I also know many of you are far away and changing money from USD to CAD for electronic money transfers is a pain, so I set this up to do it easily for us. 

My goal is to have this ready to go during the harvest to send up the blessings of sustenance when those of us down here would be harvesting our vegetables. 

Let us help those less fortunate who have no other option than to pay these ridiculous fees.

100% of donations will be going towards the box of food and essentials for a family in Nunavut. If there is extra money left after that box it will either be spent on mini-projects (also run through Helping Our Northern Neighbours) or a second family.
