Neurosurgeon Appointment/Car Crash

Driving home from Pittsburgh, PA. O passed out at the wheel and went off the road at over 70mph. I went into an end over end roll into the median, totalling my truck. I was taken to the ICU for a few days, MRI's and X-rays revealed I burst my T12 sending a fragment 6mm into my spinal cord, and broke my L2 vertebrae.
Due to being unable to work with my injury, bills have drained me of money and I can no longer pay for my follow ups with the neurosurgeons.
