HELP WITH NESTORAS PELVIS SURGERY

Nestoras is a 3 mo. old puppy in Greece that was hit by a car or was hit by a human. No way to find out what happened to him because he was dumped on the doorsteps of Vaso Aggelopoulou, a lady in Gargalanos, Greece that has over 47 stray dogs that she has taken in with no help from anyone.
“There are more than a million strays in Greece, because people are simply abandoning pets they can no longer afford to keep” and there is No Shelters in Greece so the animals are abandonded left to themselves and are very abused by people. As was Nestoras. Fortuatley for Nestoras they dumped him at Vaso's house.
Vaso took Nestoras at the Vet because she noticed that he could not walk on his back right leg, the Vet took X-rays and determined that the Pelvis is damaged and the leg has nowhere to hold on so it's just limping. The Vet told Vaso the leg has to be amputated because there is no means at that specific Vet Clinic to do surgery other than amputating. Nestoras is in extreme pain.
Vaso decided to look into a clinic in Athens, Greece where the Vetenary Clinic is better condition to do the surgery. Try and fix Nestoras Pelvis so he can be able to walk on the leg instead of amputating it.
We need your help on the funds for the surgery because Vaso has no source of income (due to the economy in horrific conditions) to help Nestoras with the surgery.
I personally know Vaso now and 3 years and she is an amazing woman with what she does to save as many strays as she can in her hometown even with all the ridicule from her neighbors and the attempts to posion her strays she is doing everything in her power even when food runs out she cooks with what she has to take care of them. They are her life and so is Nestoras and she is in a desperate situation.
SURGERY MUST BE DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE HE IS LOSING FEELING COMPLETELY ON HIS LEG.
