Help me march DCA in 2017
My name is Luuk Zonnevijlle, I am 18 years old from Zwijndrecht in the Netherlands.
I would like to march with the Kidsgrove Scouts in 2017. They will be going to the Drum Corps Associates World for their 4th appearance. I have always been a huge fan of the corps since 2011 when I first saw them live at the DCE European Championships and it would be a dream of mine to be able to join them as they cross over the pond to compete in the States again.
I am not begging for money but I am looking for any donations to make this dream true as the experience will include frequent flights for rehearsals and general tour fees.
As a way to fundraise I will be taking part in sponsored runs and will be doing everything I can to prepare for this which I will post the information onto this page and Facebook. As well as this I will be working and applying for any possible grants and scholarships to provide assistance. Your help would be very much appreciated and I would be forever grateful.
