ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION
I’m living in a highly abusive situation right now, and my mom is verbally and emotionally abusing me. She’s repeatedly told me that I’m going to hell, that she’d rather have a dead son than a trans daughter, that I should kill myself, that I’m possessed by a devil, etc. She’s sent me to conversion therapy in the past, and I can’t leave the house without her permission. She also attempted to take me off of her insurance ** but was ultimately unable to (the insurance was a federal plan from when my dad was alive and worked for Tinker). ** I have no choice but to live with her at the moment. I'm starting this GoFundMe to help me get out of my abusive situation and pay for my transition.

While I am trying to save my own money, working part time as a college student means that money is tight. Between the cost of college and living expenses, I've been living paycheck to paycheck.

My insurance will cover HRT and SRS, but not FFS. The current cost of my hormones after insurance is about $50 every 3 months, not factoring in blood tests and visits to the endocrinologist. The amount covered for SRS is a $200 copayment per performing surgeon.  Electro/laser will also not be covered by my insurance

I hit my initial goal, which was to help me continue HRT and get out of my abusive house. The goal for this GoFundMe has changed and is currently a rough estimate for my FFS since people kept donating.  If you'd like to help me out I really appreciate it and thank you for helping me in such a big way ❤❤❤
