Ran off road need help w fixing car

My friend whom i recently met at work was run off of the road on Thursday night in an apparent road rage or hate crime incident. She was actually hit by a truck (with three men inside of it) causing her to spin out and ruining her front tires. She was truly afraid for her life and tho she is thankful she survived she needs her car to get back n forth from school and work. She did nothing to provoke these men to attempt to kill her and does not deserve to have to quit her job and drop out of her classes so I am making this account hoping someone will find it in their heart to help her get new tires so these hateful ppl do not win. Anything is appreciated. She has full access to this account I have asked hr to price the work and get a printed quote so I can make the amount I am asking for more accurate and also show proof of intent. I  am currently training but I will update with info as soon as I get it.
